ONEIDA- Marion Philo, 95 of Oneida, NY passed away February 19, 2025.

Born September 26, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Burt and Anna Wolverton.

Marion volunteered at Oneida Healthcare for over 40 years. She was best known for her homemade fudge and chili sauce. Marion was a kind, giving person to friend or stranger. She was one of a kind and will be missed by all. We loved her dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Floyd H. “Spike” Philo, an infant daughter Toni Philo, her three sons Herb Philo, Spike Philo and Floyd Philo, Jr. and her siblings Charles, Kenneth, Eva, Bertha, Eleanor, Pauline, Vivian, Alice, Kate and Vernon.

She is survived by her children Howard Philo and Arlene (Joe) Ingalls, daughters-in-law Diane Philo and Vicki (Buell) Philo, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call from 3pm to 5pm on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Malecki Funeral Home, 464 Sherrill Rd., Sherrill, NY with a funeral service to follow at 5pm at the funeral home with Reverend William Wilcox officiating.
