Melissa E. Kampf Obituary
Munnsville-Melissa E. Kampf, of Strain Road E. passed away early Friday morning April 4, 2025 in the Oneida Health Center with her loving family at her bedside at the age of 53 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
She was born on June 4, 1971 in Oneida New York a daughter of Gordon E. and Evelyn (Schingler) Janes and was a Vernon Verona Sherrill graduate.
Melissa enjoyed riding horses and caring for her dogs. She was a homemaker and her favorite times were spent with her children and granddaughter.
Surviving is her husband; Andrew W. Kampf, two sons; Toby (Makenzie) Kampf and Tyler Kampf, one daughter Traci Kampf and granddaughter Nova, five siblings, Allen Janes, Steve Janes, Connie Murphy, Eric Janes and Wendy Peck and many nieces and nephews.
The family will gather privately to honor Melissa's life. Arrangements are with the Malecki Funeral Home of Vernon. Online condolences may be sent to maleckifuneralhome.com
