I had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Sprague for many decades. I hunted with him and his brother and nephew many times in my younger years. I enjoyed many breakfasts at Apple Betty's with Mr. Sprague and Madeline. He was a mild mannered, polite gentleman. He represented "old school" ideals that all of us should embrace. I know that God has a special place for him in the Forests, Fields and Woodlands of Heaven. God Rest your Soul, Mr. Sprague. I am a better person knowing you.
