Obituary of Fay David Crary

Fay David Crary Jordan-Fay David Crary, age 90, a longtime resident of Jordan passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 12, 2016 in the Oneida Healthcare Extended Care Facility with his loving family at his side. He was born on March 16, 1926 in Jordan, New York a son of the late Silas F. and Marie (Stewart) Crary and attended the local schools. On December 13, 1947 Fay and Freda Hicks were united in marriage in Auburn, New York and shared a loving union of nearly sixty-seven years together until Freda's death on November 3, 2014. Fay was a hard working construction worker with A. S. Wikstrom Construction Company of Skaneateles, NY. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Leota JP Crary of Vernon, one daughter Nancy Fassinger and three grandchildren, Monica Jane Crary and James and Gary Fassinger, three siblings Wilford Crary, Martha Shippy, and Vivian Miller. Fay was predeceased by his wife, Freda, and one sister, Arlette Miller and one brother, Everett Crary. In keeping with Mr. Crary's wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral services.
