I am sorry to hear of Gayle's passing. I didn't really know her, but having grown up in Vernon Center and being raised in the VC Methodist Church, I remember her mother well and seeing Gayle and Carol at church on occasion. My mother used to talk often of the Rice family as they had been neighbors for years.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
