Obituary of Anita D. Bedford-Catlin

Anita Bedford-Catlin Anita Bedford-Catlin 88 of Sherrill passed away December 21. She was the daughter of Marion and Iva Dillmann of Durhamville. Her education years were at Verona High, Class of 1943, and SUNY Canton. She married Eugene Bedford of Vernon, where they lived for 8 years before moving to Marcellus for 34 years. Her career took her to Clark Real Estate for 10 years, and then to Green & Seifter law firm for 20 years, both in Syracuse. She moved to Sherrill in 1990 after her marriage to Herbert Catlin. She was a member of Marcellus Presbyterian Church for 56 years. Predeceased by her first husband, Eugene (1978) and son, Scott Bedford (2013). Survived by husband, Herbert Catlin of Sherrill; daughter, Daphne Goldacker of Camillus; son, Chris Bedford of Salt Lake City, UT; daughter-in-law, Jackie Bedford of Marcellus; two grandsons, Steve Bedford of Syracuse and Sean Bedford of Marcellus; two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours, nor funeral service per her request. A family burial service will take place in spring 2015.
