Oneida-Donald F. Smith, age 98, formerly of High Bridge Road passed away Friday afternoon, April 10, 2020 in the Grand Nursing Facility of Rome with his loving daughter at his side.
He was born on February 27, 1922 in Oneida, New York a son of the late Frank W. and Nina (Larrabbe) Smith and was a graduate of Sherrill High School.
On April 10, 1954 Donald and Geraldine K. Orcutt were united in marriage in Cochran Memorial Church of Oneida Castle and shared that vow of over fifty- three years together until Geraldine's death on April 10, 2008.
Prior to his retirement in 1982 Donald was the sales manager of Case Power and Equipment of E. Syracuse.
Surviving are his two children Stacey Letourneaux and Richard "Scott" Smith.
Private graveside services were held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in Oneida Castle Cemetery, Oneida, Castle, NY. Online condolences may be sent to the maleckifuneralhome.com
