Marie was a wonderful friend to my mother Rosemary and to so many others. They taught together for many years and stayed in touch in retirement. Marie was so kind, she often drove to Oneida, picked up my mom and took her to lunch at the golf course, then drove her back to Oneida before going back home to Sherrill. Every outing was a treat to look forward to, sharing stories and laughs, especially with other teachers and friends. Our deepest sympathy to your family on your loss. Marie was full of life and always ready for fun, with a smile for everyone. Thought you would enjoy this beautiful picture from April, 2019.
