Patrick, PW or "The Turtle"
To a friend and my first supervisor, a man that had a huge heart you will always be remembered. In 1988 working for you at the court house and with you at the county airport will always be remembered. A man who treated you always with respect and fairness goes a long way. I remember doing a transport to Lake Champlain area and the girl got sick upon arrival. She went into the hospital, calling you at 11pm you some how found us a motel to stay in. Even though myself or the other deputy had nothing but the uniform we had on. Upon returning later the next day you gave me a large box of chocolates. You told me to give them to my lovely wife at the time for the inconvenience of me spending the night some place else then with her. This showed me what family really meant to you. I enjoyed the many years working with you and proud to call you, My Brother In Blue. Patrick may you rest in peace and watch over us.
